Please note that even though we’ve reformulated our body butter due to the rising heat, your body butter may still melt during shipping. If your body butter has melted during shipment, please place the body butter in the refrigerator/freezer until firm. If your body butter is left to firm up at room temperature, you may experience grittiness.
Please note that our body butters are sold by volume and not by weight meaning the actual weight of the jar will not be the actual size of the jar. The 8oz jars hold 5oz of product.

Processing times: 3-5 business days. The minimum shipping time for standard shipping is between 4 to 7 days. We ask for your patience due to this unforeseen pandemic as shipping could potentially take longer than advised.
In the event of multiple custom orders, allow up to 1 to 2 weeks for custom tutus and gift sets to be processed and shipped. If there is a further delay in shipping an email will be sent to the email provided. Your item(s) may be shipped ahead of schedule, I just ask that you be patient.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at customersupport@bowsfros.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
