Get a custom, gorgeous keychain today! These keychains make the perfect gift for your loved ones or yourself. They’re made with epoxy resin, mica and gold flakes. Know what keychain you want made? Select the color and letter or number from the drop down.
All keychains are made to order. Please allow up to 3-7 days to ensure your keychain are cured completely before shipping. This allows time to redo your keychain in the event of cracking. With any resin item, please do not leave the item in the heat or have the item come in direct contact with heat as it may make the item pliable.

Processing times: 3-5 business days. The minimum shipping time for standard shipping is between 4 to 7 days. We ask for your patience due to this unforeseen pandemic as shipping could potentially take longer than advised.
In the event of multiple custom orders, allow up to 1 to 2 weeks for custom tutus and gift sets to be processed and shipped. If there is a further delay in shipping an email will be sent to the email provided. Your item(s) may be shipped ahead of schedule, I just ask that you be patient.

Return policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at customersupport@bowsfros.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
